* All jobs, projects , training or consulting engagements require a 50% down payment prior to the job being started, with the balance due at job completion, but prior to activation. All jobs will be given a time frame estimate of 30 days or less for completion, This time frame is largely dependent on BTR receiving all requested & needed materials to complete the job, including text, images, files, logos, etc. If BTR does NOT receive all requested materials by the agreed upon date, additional charges may apply.
